ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This agreement contains all of the terms and conditions (“Terms”) between Lake County Moms, Inc. (“LakeCountyMoms.com”) and you (“User”) and governs the use of the services and resources offered at LakeCountyMoms.com (“Web Site”). Please fully read this Agreement before using this Web Site. By using this Web Site, all Users do hereby represent, warrant, understand, comprehend, recognize, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained herein. LakeCountyMoms.com is a communications and networking platform designed to support moms by providing useful information and resources to assist with parenting. LakeCountyMoms.com is also a local directory designed to connect people (“Parents”) seeking childcare services and sitters (“Babysitters”) seeking to provide childcare services. The Babysitters listed on this Web Site are listings only and are not recommendations or referrals. This is strictly a directory. The information provided by LakeCountyMoms.com is believed to have come from reliable sources, including the individuals and facilities themselves or those sources open to the public. Users do hereby represent, understand, comprehend, recognize and agree that LakeCountyMoms.com does not have control over the quality, timing, legality or any other aspect whatsoever of the services actually delivered by the Babysitters, nor of the integrity, responsibility or any of the actions whatsoever of the Parents and any other User of this Web Site. All Users, including both or Parents and Babysitters, do hereby expressly agree not to hold LakeCountyMoms, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties liable for any instruction, advice or services delivered which originated through this Web Site and LakeCountyMoms.com expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for any damage, suits, claims, and/or controversies that have arisen or may arise, whether known or unknown there from.

Parents may seek the services of a Babysitter through the use of the Web Site and Babysitters may submit information about their services to a list on the Web Site. Parent and Babysitter must deal directly with each other to resolve any disputes. LakeCountyMoms.com will not be held responsible and expressly disclaims any and all liability whatsoever for any claims and controversies that may arise for any disputes between any Users. By using this Site, you do hereby represent, understand, comprehend, recognize and agree to hold LakeCountyMoms.com harmless for any claim or controversy that may arise from any disputes between Users of this Web Site.

LAKECOUNTYMOMS.COM IS ONLY A VENUE

LakeCountyMoms.com is a communications and networking platform for enabling the connection between the Parent and the Babysitter. LakeCountyMoms.com does not take part in the interaction between the Parent and the Babysitter except to collect payments on the behalf of Parents for services of venue through this Web Site. LakeCountyMoms.com does not have control over the quality, timing or legality of services actually delivered by its Babysitters and Parents. LakeCountyMoms.com makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of the childcare provided by Babysitters or Parents through this Web Site whether in public, private or offline transactions. Due to the nature of the Internet, LakeCountyMoms.com cannot confirm that each Babysitter or Parent is who they claim to be. LakeCountyMoms.com does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of this information or any information on this Web Site. LakeCountyMoms.com does not assume and expressly disclaims any liability that may result from the use of this information.

LakeCountyMoms.com is not responsible and will not get involved in any disputes whatsoever. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more Users, you release LakeCountyMoms.com’s officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties from claims, demands or damages (consequential or actual) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT OF 1998

LakeCountyMoms.com is intended for individuals age 13 or over. We have made an effort to specifically limit LakeCountyMoms.com appeal to individuals age 13 or over. LakeCountyMoms.com will not knowingly collect any information of any sort from children under the age of 13. If you are a Babysitter, you must identify your age during the registration process. LakeCountyMoms.com takes the Children’s Online Privacy Act of 1998 (COPPA) as well as all FTC regulations very seriously. We are also strong supporters and maintain a very strict compliance with the Rules and Regulations set forth there under. We do not assume any responsibility for any misrepresentations regarding a Babysitter’s age or parental consent when using this Web Site. Should we determine that a Babysitter provided any false information to us when using this Web Site, the membership will be immediately terminated.
